System contains continuous flow, hydrodynamic Plasma 2000 nano-technology-based reactor with no moving parts, and PLC Touch Screen GE Control that allows user to produce biodiesel on-demand with touch of button. User indicates dosing volumes and system blends raw materials in corresponding proportions.
