I have a holiday booked for Aug to kusadasi, villas
My wife has tried to exchange this holiday with sunworld and exchange it for something
Else in their brochure as they said they would be willing to do so,
But when we tried to find an alternative holiday, everything was booked for this date, when our travel agent rang Sunworld to advise them there
Was no alternative holiday available on this date, their answer was to either go to Turkey or forfeit 45% cancellation fee.
45% of our holiday would be a loss of 2,300 Euro to us
I was led to believe in there brochure this was a safe place to visit but clearly
They are not telling the truth about Turkey, as a travel agent there are supposed to advertise safe destinations but in this case turkey is not safe place

Q. MY holiday in the pine club how do I get in to the town centre as its 12kms
(A quote from your brochure)
A. Location: Approx. 12 kms from centre of Kusadasi; 2 kms from Long Beach
(Local dolmus service to the beach and centre of Kusadasi stops just outside. Pine Club also operates its own mini-bus service to the beach and resort centre)
My QUESTION? Do you think it's safe to put your kids on this bus now??????
