IBM zaključio konačni sporazum o akviziciji servisnog biznisa kompanije Serbian Business Systems
BEOGRAD, SRBIJA – 15. oktobar 2007: IBM je danas zaključio konačan sporazum o akviziciji servisa za održavanje IBM hardvera, sa privatnom IT kompanijom Serbian Business Systems (SBS), sa sedištem u Beogradu, koja se bavi prodajom hardvera, softvera i servisa. Finansijski detalji transakcije nisu objavljeni. Time je okončan celokupni postupak akvizicije koja je prošla kontrolu i odobrenje klijenata. Po zaključenju ugovora, deo SBS-a za održavanje IBM hardvera postao je deo IBM-ovih Globalnih Tehnoloških Servisa za održavanje i tehničku podršku poslovanja.
