I'd be more interested in Asian Immigration, they always behave themselves and don't constantly 'honor kill' because they don't come from a country with that bullshit allowances and they bring great food .

Hamas was operating in Gaza and had a influence there which could not be allowed.
Now more people want to attack Israel? Don't they get it? Israel is not just going to sit back and keep taking a barrage of attacks. They will fight back which will spread more war.
Yet again I bet if Israel shows any agression towards this, everybody would be bitching at Israel again for trying to protect there own country.

What do you mean by "most"? If you're talking per capita I don't know. If you're talking about the most in terms of simple numbers, I'd have to guess Ontario as it has the biggest population. Procedures that aren't covered are offered by private facilities in all provinces, and Ontario has something like 40% of Canada's population.
